All prices on our website are exclusive of taxes.
Shipping
Products will be shipped within 7 to 10 from the date of order. The products will be delivered within 10 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.
Note: Shipping is extra on all the products because prices are exclusive of shipping. Shipping terms valid only for India.
Order Cancellation
User/customer can cancel the order after placement of order, only before shipping by contacting our support team. Cancellation can not be processed after the product is dispatched.
Refund
If the order is cancelled before shipping, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 10 to 15 working days.
Return/Replacement
We use high-quality of packing to avoid any breakage. Replacements will be available for products broken in transit if the request for such is made within 3 days after receiving the product.
Note: User/customer must send pictures of the broken item and an unboxing video. Our team shall investigate the pictures & videos. Replacement shall be approved only if the proofs are authentic.
